DVD
Your 2012 YWEA DVD is perhaps the greatest and most useful promotional tool available. With over 10 panels of easy-to-read information, gathering the overview and heart of the project is incredibly simple. Secured in the center of the fold-out brochure panels is the DVD which has 7 videos and virtually every resource item offered. This makes sharing a promotional video with your congregation, youth event, or small group almost effortless. All the resources are formatted to be printed easily from your home or office computer, including the fundraising booklet, coloring pages for children, and much more! Inside the DVD Resource Files, you will also find pictures, PowerPoint Slides, logos, and varied sizes of ads for your church bulletin, website, etc. This all inclusive resource is available to you through our YWEA office, FREE of Charge! Water Bottle Label
Possibly one of the quickest tools to implement for fun and successful fundraising is our YWEA 2012 Water Bottle Label that is available to you via your promotional DVD or from our YWEA office. This label fits around a standard water bottle and transforms it into a Coin Bank for collecting loose change for ministry. You can easily make several of these and place them in high traffic areas such as your church lobby or your kitchen at home. Teens and children often enjoy this simple, but very effective, method. Encourage friends and family members to share their pocket change to make an eternal impact on our brothers and sisters in Zambia!
Coin Folder
Our YWEA 2012 Coin Folder is an excellent tool to equip and encourage young believers to be lifelong givers into the Kingdom. Inside of the coin folders are pockets to hold quarters totaling $5.00. Children and student s can carry this folder around with them and begin practicing evangelism and mission’s awareness in all of their involvement areas. Children will take great pride in making a personal contribution to this year’s project! Your YWEA 2012 bookmark serves as an easy reminder to continue your fundraising efforts year round. This colorful page marker has prayer suggestions to keep the Zambian people on your heart and mind. Use this inside your Bible, distribute to friends, or share with the neighborhood children. Join us in “Taking the Gospel to the HEART of Africa!”
Reply Card
Our YWEA 2012 Reply Card will help you gain a commitment from your group or congregation. Inside this compact card you will find an area to set a personal goal and faithfully pledge $50 to the YWEA 2012: Taking the Gospel to the HEART of Africa project. Inside you will also find our project story and purpose to overview what each contribution will support. Imagine the impact a congregation could have if each family or individual committed to giving $50 to the project!
Envelope
The YWEA 2012 envelope can serve you in several unique ways. First, it can simply be a tool you use to distribute when collecting an offering for the project. But further, we encourage you to use these envelopes in an amazing experience we refer to as the “100 Envelope Challenge”. Here the process is to print a designate giving amount on each of the 100 envelopes from $1-100. Ask 100 individuals to take an envelope and commit to giving / raising the amount that is listed by a certain date. You can, for example, set a 30 day time frame to have the envelopes and gifts returned. This simple and fun challenge can easily raise over $5,000 without any one individual giving over $100! How easy is that?! Involving just 50 people can raise almost $2,000 with no one giving more than $50.

Children’s Ministries can be a huge help to YWEA 2012! Involve your young leaders in understanding what missions is all about! With the help of our YWEA 2012 Coloring Pages, children can learn and take home information about the African culture and the way the Lord is touching their lives through YWEA! For your set of 5 Coloring Pages, please contact our YWEA office and we will be happy to get those right to you! You can also print these pages from the Resource DVD.
Fundraising Booklet
Ever have difficulty with innovative and effective ideas for fundraising? Ever get discouraged with the same programs and tactics used for the last several years? We have just the solution for you! We have created a Fundraising Booklet filled with over 40 fun ideas to get your church families, youth, and children involved in raising an offering for YWEA 2012! Poster/Fact Sheet
Our YWEA 2012 promotional products are packed full of information, statistics, and raw truths about the current climate of the Zambian church. But perhaps the most descriptive and enlightening piece of literature is the YWEA Poster/Fact Sheet. We like this product because it serves a twofold purpose: 1.) It can be used as means of artful advertisement to be displayed on a bulletin board, office wall, or child’s bedroom. 2.) The reverse side of the poster enlists various truths about our 2012 project to properly inform the giver of exactly what needs will be met through their offerings. This tool is incredibly helpful! YWEA 2012 offers promotional materials that can make use out of common items you may find around your home. This particular product is perfectly sized to wrap fully around a Pringles snack can, transforming it into a handy Coin Bank. Once the label is in place, simply cut a coin hole in the top of the plastic lid and you have created an easy-to-use coin collector! It will truly surprise you how much of an offering this simple can will provide.
